Set on a 1.08-acre homesite in Falls Reserve, 7420 Summer Tanager is a fully custom home designed around the vision and lifestyle of its owners. The relationship began at our 2022 Parade Home, where the clients connected with the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define a Homescapes Builders home.

Working from a custom plan by Frazier Home Design, we brought their vision to life across 6,897 heated square feet, creating a spacious, refined home where architectural details and carefully selected materials make an impact throughout.

Design & Details

Thoughtful craftsmanship is showcased throughout 7420 Summer Tanager Trail, beginning with a striking floating mono-stringer staircase complemented by sleek glass railings. The open construction and modern detailing turn the staircase into an architectural centerpiece within the home.

Custom features continue into the primary bathroom, where a fully tiled lounge is integrated into the steam shower to create a relaxing, spa-inspired retreat. Outside, tongue-and-groove cedar soffits introduce natural warmth and texture while reinforcing the home’s attention to detail from every angle.

At 6,897 heated square feet and situated on more than an acre in Falls Reserve, this custom build reflects the collaborative process behind every Homescapes Builders project: understanding the client’s vision, refining the details, and building a home specifically around the way they want to live.
